Try to keep a steady pace up as you walk starting it to at a slow pace and increasing as you go. The steady pace is good for the heart and to help you burn more calories. If you find it is to hard for you go walk a lot or be outside you can be active in other ways. When you go to the store don’t park right next to the door, find a place at the end of the parking lot and walk a little ways.
