Regularly Eat Breakfast

A large proportion of the NWCR participants reported that they reg- ularly ate breakfast. Seventy-eight percent said that they ate breakfast every day, and only 4 percent said that they never ate breakfast.
Based on this information, the researchers concluded that eating breakfast appears to be a positive lifestyle habit, one that seems to play a role in preventing weight gain.
