FROM A MAN’S VIEWPOINT SPARKING PEOPLE’S INTEREST IN LOSING WEIGHT

SHARE
Weight Watchers research has found that men are much less likely than women to dwell on their weight. They are also less likely to say that they are completely dissatisfied with their weight or extremely bothered by it. Although not allowing excess weight to become an emotional burden is good,
having no emotional connection to it can have drawbacks, especially for those with a lot of weight to lose. It is human nature for people to take a committed action in response to those things they care about deeply. Caring is an emotion, and a lack of caring or not caring enough about weight may prevent some men from doing what it takes to lose the extra pounds.
